TOTM, an SGX listed company focused on Southeast Asia’s adoption of frontier technology across AI, blockchain and identity, announced a strategic partnership with Kolaborasi Riset dan Inovasi Industri Kecerdasan Artifisial (“KORIKA”). The partnership will advance the safe, responsible and trusted adoption of frontier technologies across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

KORIKA was established under Indonesia’s National Artificial Intelligence Strategy to unite government, academia, industry and communities on AI innovation and digital transformation without compromising safety. TOTM Technologies builds trusted digital infrastructure across digital identity, artificial intelligence and quantum-safe technology, work that spans national identity programmes and cross-border trust infrastructure across the region.
The partnership formalises a shared interest between the two organisations in advancing frontier technology collaboration across borders, connecting Indonesia’s growing digital economy to the wider ASEAN region.
The collaboration spans three areas.
Firstly, on artificial intelligence, the partnership will promote safe, responsible and inclusive AI development, aligned with KORIKA’s national mandate and TOTM’s focus on AI governance.
Secondly, on infrastructure, the two organisations will design quantum-secure, identity-based blockchain systems built to withstand future quantum computing threats.
Thirdly, on trade, the partnership will enable trusted, interoperable exchange of digital credentials and data across borders, within applicable technical and regulatory frameworks.
